Angled stack of white Creative Healing publications featuring black typography and green graphic accents.

Creative Healing is a research-driven publication exploring how creativity can support people through grief. Through art, writing, music, cooking, and other forms of expression, the book creates space to process loss, honor memories, and express emotions that can be difficult to articulate.

Rooted in my own experience of losing my father to cancer and mentoring others through Cancer Hope Network, the project reflects another side of my design practice: using visual storytelling to help people feel seen, supported, and less alone.
